SoluStil has been a major player in the sheet metal industry in France since 1966. We are a traditional, family-run business that has grown and evolved over time to become a leader in its field.
Founded by Paul Terrier in 1966, the company grew steadily under the impetus of his son Philippe Terrier, becoming the Alliance Métal group in 1994.
In 2006, Alliance Métal became part of ArcelorMittal Group, the world leader in steel. A takeover that consolidated its expertise and opened up new international prospects, becoming SoluStil in 2015.
Cellino Group’s acquisition of Solustil in 2017 was an important milestone in the company’s history, enabling it to become a trusted partner for market leaders in transport, energy, construction and public works, agricultural machinery, and materials handling.
To be a supplier of precision sheet metal and mechanical welding in France, recognised for our competitiveness, ambition, and environmental commitment. We put people at the heart of our company because we know that it is our people who make us strong.
To remain one of the best in France and abroad. We will achieve this by continuing to invest in innovation, by cultivating operational excellence, and by strengthening our commitment to our customers and our employees.
At Solustil, we don’t just transform steel: we transform trust into something tangible.
Behind every sheet of metal and every finished part lie skill, care, and attention. The skill of the designer. The care of the operator. The attention of the inspector.
There is our history, shaped by sacrifice, experience built day after day, and continuous improvement. A story made above all of the women and men who believed in it and continue to believe in it. Because in the end, that is precisely what makes the difference: the meeting of manual mastery and practical intelligence, which turns an ordinary product into work one can be proud of.
Specialising in light industry and fine sheet metal production, SoluStil produces parts in all types of raw or coated steel, stainless steel and aluminium, as well as copper and brass. All parts are machined, cut, bent, welded and painted using certified expertise.
